The story of my life and how I became interested to be a dentist can be found in the files named personal statement and disadvantage status that are both attached. There are other files attached that would help you with the rubrics and guidelines those file names start with rubric to help you find them. These two papers are written by me in my own words/writing style; I am not a native speaker and you’ll find a lot of issues including grammar and punctuation with the writing that needs to be resolved.
