clean up project BENEFITS ONLY Writing Assignment Help

I only need the Identifying Benefits section

find the benefits of a method of microplastic clean ups

the uncompleted draft will be given

i expect a short answer

Instructions:

Using clear and consistent organization throughout, identify and analyze the costs, benefits, and stakeholders associated with your project.

As part of your document organization, each of the 3 major sections must be labeled as they appear below: “Identifying Costs,” “Identifying Benefits,” and “Identifying Stakeholders.” These three section titles must appear in order, and using the same title format.

Identifying Costs

  1. First, using Chapter 2 of your Engineering Economics textbook as a guide, identify a minimum of 5 potential costs associated with your project (variable, fixed, reccurring, etc.). Realistically, however, your project will have more than 5 potential costs.
  2. For each cost, identify whether it is a recurring or nonrecurring cost (pg. 43)
  3. For each cost, identify whether it is an internal or external cost (e.g., societal, global, environmental, etc.)
  4. For each cost, offer a 2-3 sentence explanation (approximately 50-75 words) that clearly details how the cost is related to your project
  5. Develop a table that clearly lays out this information

Identifying Benefits

Consider what benefits will result from the successful implementation of your project. List a minimum of 3 potential benefits associated with your project. For each benefit:

  1. Briefly explain how your project will lead to the benefit (1-2 sentences)
  2. Include a time estimation for how long you think it will reasonably take for the benefit to take effect, or be noticeable
    • Some benefits might take effect in stages, which you should list as “Immediate; Intermediate; and Long-term,” each followed by a time estimate in parentheses.
    • FOR EXAMPLE:
      • Immediate (within 1 year)
      • Intermediate (2-5 years)
      • Long-term (10-20 years)
  3. Include a brief, specific, targeted statement (1-3 sentences) that explains why the benefit makes the project worth pursuing
    • The likes of “because the environment is important!” is not an acceptable answer. It is neither specific nor targeted

Identifying Stakeholders

  1. Identify a minimum of 4 potential stakeholders associated with your project
  2. For each stakeholder, identify the following:
    1. Stakeholder interest
    2. Probable stakeholder attitude toward the project (positive, negative, neutral, adversarial, competitive, etc.)
    3. Explain any ethical issues the stakeholder may face in relation to your project
    4. List a minimum of 2-3 potential costs that might be associated with the stakeholder.
      • Here you should identify other, different costs described in the textbook that might be associated with your project for each stakeholder. Different stakeholders will be affected by/care about each associated cost in a different way.
        • However, you may include similar types of costs here that you listed in the Identifying Costs assignment section above, as long as they apply to the stakeholder.
      • Include short-term costs for the stakeholder
      • Include long-term costs for the stakeholder
    5. List 2-3 potential long-term benefits for the stakeholder
  3. For each stakeholder, briefly (~85 words) describe what goals, values, facts, outcomes, etc. you believe you need to communicate to each stakeholder to help them understand the importance, use, long-term benefit, etc. of your project.
  4. For each stakeholder, explain in 2-3 sentences why you believe your explanation for #3 above will convince that particular stakeholder audience.

Week 8 Discussion : The Trouble With Aid” Special Topics: READ ON

STOP! READ ALL INFORMATION (CAREFULLY) BEFORE PROCEEDING.

Note!! Class as you know, your Week 8 Assignment paper, “Comparing Factors that lead to underdevelopment” is due at the end this week. I have received some emails from you stating that you are working on this assignment, however, time remains somewhat problematic, and a little more time is requested.

TO DO! READ AND CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING TWO OPTIONS:

OPTION 1: If you are STILL gathering information for your Week 8 assignment:

A)Provide an update about your research/writing progress (I want to see more than a few sentences regarding your progress). Which countries did you select? What types of information have you located on these countries? Has this information been helpful in terms of the assignment? (I hope so). Provide at least two positive contributions of your selected developing countries (example, natural resources, technology, history, culture, religion, food etc.) Class, this is not a FREE work week class; this is an opportunity to really focus on completing your paper.

B)Provide at least FOUR (4) fully cited REFERENCES (use the correct APA 6th Edition format or the SWS format ONLY).

C)RESPOND to at least one (post from your peers).

OPTION 2: If you have completed your entire paper OR if you have at least a good working draft of your paper, complete the following:

A)If you have completed (at least a draft of your paper), choose at least two factors and provide at least a 250 to 300-word summary (run a word count) in comparing and contrasting those specific factors (for each of the countries you chose). You may use your introduction, your conclusion or select content for the body of your paper.

B)Provide at least FOUR (4) fully cited REFERENCES (use the correct APA 6th Edition format or the SWS format ONLY).

C)RESPOND to at least one (post from your peers).

ALL STUDENTS!! Week 8 Instructor Insights (REQUIRED)

Class, as we move into the Week 8 Discussion, our focus is “The Trouble with Aid.” We will delve into this topic primarily through the Webtext Chapter Readings and the Week 8 Lecture. We are so accustomed to hearing about Aid to Africa, (no wonder many students think of Africa as a country and not a continent), that we do not get to see that there is another more prosperous side of the continent. I am presenting this very short video on one of the country of South Africa’s youngest black millionaires and his story.

Please view and provide some positive comments.

It may help you to be familiar with the concept of poor governance, because this often plays a significant part in why a country is underdeveloped. According to the World Bank, governance is defined as how power is exercised in the management of a country’s economic and social resources for development. Therefore, if good governance is synonymous with sound development management, then poor governance means a government has failed to deliver desirable outcomes for its people. This could mean that officials are corrupt, not transparent with their decisions, unqualified to make decisions in the first place, or prone to make decisions based on racism, tribalism or ethnicity — all of which are very common practices in LCDs.

The most common factor used to decide whether countries are underdeveloped nations is through the Human Development Index. Countries that are underdeveloped in nature offer poor health care, few educational opportunities, a low average life expectancy, a low number of job opportunities, few recreational facilities, poor economic growth, a low standard of living and a poverty-stricken life.

Instructions:

Write at least a six-page paper, in which you:

  1. Identify the two LDCs (from the list above), which you will compare and assess. Explain why you chose these two countries.
  2. Analyze the features that the LDCs have in common using at least five of the following nine factors (clearly label the five factors using headings):
    1. geography
    2. extractive institutions
    3. governmental corruption
    4. internal or external conflicts
    5. shaky financial systems
    6. unfair judicial systems
    7. ethnic, racial or tribal disparities
    8. lack or misuse of natural resources
    9. closed (statist) economies
  3. Use at least seven credible sources. Wikipedia, encyclopedias, dictionaries, blogs and other material that does not qualify as reputable academic source work at the college level. Do not use sources that are older than seven years.

Your assignment must follow these formatting requirements:

  • Be typed, double-spaced (no extra spacing between paragraphs), using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
  • Citations and references must follow APA or school-specific format. Check with your professor for any additional instructions.
  • Include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student’s name, the professor’s name, the course title, and the date (do not include an abstract).
  • The cover page and the reference page are not included in the required assignment page length. Graphs, tables and photographs are not counted toward the length of the paper; only what you have written as text itself.

The specific course learning outcomes associated with this assignment are:

  • Determine why private investment, open political competition and the intelligent use of natural resources can serve as incentives to further economic development.
  • Decide why good governance, a sound financial system, and a fair system of judicial justice are necessary to development.
  • Assess why enforceable environmental regulations are critical to sustaining development.
  • Use technology and information resources to research issues in sociology of developing countries.
  • Write clearly and concisely about sociology of developing countries using proper writing mechanics.

RE: Week 8 Discussion : The Trouble With Aid” Special Topics: READ ON

Hello professor and classmates!

I chose to speak on Option #1.

The two countries I chose for my research paper are Cuba and Kenya. These two countries are very interesting to me. I have researched some subjects such as the country’s government, financial status, military force and impact, food products for trade, educational opportunities for their citizens to prosper. There are a lot of struggle in these countries of decades of negativity but good things are happening and improving. This information has been very helpful for my research paper. Both countries have positive contributions in their natural resources and healthcare success. Cuba has made great strides in preventing women from transmitting HIV to their child during pregnancy. Cuba is well known for their cigars and trade. Kenya has a very beautiful landscape and geography that attracts tourists. Kenya also has a very large opportunity for jobs that improve their land and buildings for business.

I have responded to at least one classmate’s post for this week’s discussion.

The youtube video on the youngest millionaire in South Africa was very inspirational. Being a millionaire at the age of 23 is very awesome and something to be proud of. Especially from his parents. I love how he spoke and trained people in his class by providing the seats for free. I also love how he researched other young millionaires in other countries and followed their success stories to inspire his own journey. This was a great story to tell and he appears to be very mature and driven for his age which means being successful doesn’t have an age attached to it. It depends on your mental stability and growth to be able to retain information and give out productivity.

Thanks

Kevin

Revise and Proof Final Paper Humanities Assignment Help

I need someone that is familiar with Linguistic Principles that can help to ensure that my final paper meets the rubric completely. You will need to revise my milestone papers and organize them into cohesive final work, including a well-written conclusion. Below are the comments that I received on each of the attached milestones that will need to be addressed:

Milestone 1 Professor Feedback:

Thank you for this initial sequence to start your linguistic writing project in the right path. Just a few comments:

-First off, thank you for a nicely formatted paper.

-I do like this initial background information on the respective pieces of literature as we make our way through the first page.

-Likewise, I like how you are beginning to apply morphological and phonological language nuance to the respective pieces of literature. It looks like you have already given this aspect of the assignment some serious consideration, and I do appreciate this.

-And what an interesting commentary regarding prefixes, consistent ones, no less, and Dracula. And I imagine it would stand to reason when you consider the rather dark thematic undertone that exists throughout this iconic novel.

And thank you for the complete citation.

Milestone 2 Professor Feedback:

Thank you for the second sequence in the overall writing project. Just a few comments:

-As always, thank you for a nicely formatted paper.

-I’m looking at your initial category of semantic perspectives, and your first two paragraphs actually reads more like a summary of your respective pieces of literature instead of actually shedding a bit of light from a semantic standpoint. See if you might add a few more linguistic-related examples here.

-You register levels as well seem to be a bit confusing. Remember that register is largely isolating tone and emotional trajectory, or the lack thereof.

-Likewise, and regarding dialect, I think what may have happened here in your paper is that you are briefly touching upon the various categories but are simply not including specific, language -related examples.

And thank you for the complete citations. For the next sequence, though, just remember to place them into alphabetical order.

Milestone 3 Professor Feedback:

Thank you for this third sequence of the overall linguistic writing project. Just a few comments:

-First off, thank you for a nicely formatted paper.

-I do like how you initially give us a bit of background information on the respective pieces of literature, but then you start to gradually indicate many of the changes that would need to be made to one of your selections.

-Very good integration of material from the literature selection itself as well.

-Overall, it looks like you really have approached each of the various categories within this third sequence with a fair amount of attention. The analysis is solid, nicely orchestrated, and clearly reflects your understanding of the material.

-Very interesting commentary regarding environmental, historical, and cultural factors.

And thank you for the complete citations.

Be sure to read the rubric thoroughly.

The acceptable dimension of the shaft is 2.5±0.05 inches in diameter with the most desirable product having a diameter of exactly 2.5 inches. The current equipment is approaching the end of its useful life and needs to be replaced. Two vendors are trying to sell your company, Super Car Parts Incorporated, their machines for the shaft-machining task. You have been asked to assess the machines from each vendor, and to make a recommendation for a machine vendor supported by a justification for your decision.

You asked both vendors to supply data on the machining accuracy of their machines for the given task. Both vendors machined 100 shafts, collected data, plotted histograms, fitted the histograms with normal distributions and supplied you with their findings.

Let X= diameter in inches of the gearbox shaft

Aballo Machines Inc.: X has a normal distribution with a mean of 2.49 and a standard deviation of 0.030

Lu Equipment Corp.: X has a normal distribution with a mean of 2.53 and a standard deviation of 0.015

Audience: You are creating this document for the company’s Chief Operating Officer (Links to an external site.), Lenore Georges, and copying the Chief Financial Officer, (Links to an external site.) Anahita Kourosh. Documents involved in major financial decisions like this may also be distributed by the addressees to other executives and the corporate board members.

MBA 7730 Simulation for Business Analysis -Discrete-Event system simulation Mathematics Assignment Help

This problem is based on the classic order-up-to-level (M,L) inventory policy with a reorder point (L), a maximum inventory level (M), random demand, and random lead time.

A company is selling a non-perishable item. Consider an (M,L) inventory system, in which the procurement quantity Q is defined by:

Q=0 if I >=L to Q=M-I if l < L

I is the inventory on hand plus on order at the end of a month

M is the maximum inventory level

L is the reorder point

Use simulation to investigate an (M,L) inventory system with the following properties:

The inventory position is reviewed at the end of each month (fixed review)

Backordering is allowed at a cost of $4 per item short each month

When an order arrives, it will first be used to relieve the backorder.

Lead time is uniformly distributed on the interval [0.25, 1.25].

Beginning inventory is 50 units and there are no orders outstanding.

Holding costs are $1 per unit in inventory per month.

When an order is placed, its cost is $60 + $5Q where $60 is the ordering cost and $5 is the cost of the item. The time between demands is exponentially distributed with a mean of 1/15 month.

The size of demands follows this distribution:

  • Create a simulation model to evaluate the above inventory problem (chapter 2). HINT: Check inventory once / month. You will have 100 months plus your 12 month initialization period. For those orders that have a lead time of .25 months or any fraction of a month < 1 month, make the inventory available at the beginning of the next month (month +1). For any fractional order > 1 month (ie. 1.25) , make the inventory available for the month + 2.
  • Make ten independent replications, each of run length 100 months preceded by a 12 month initialization period, for the (M, L) = (50, 30) policy. (Hint: Run each individual simulation trial using the “One Trial” worksheet in the Example2.8RefrigInventory spreadsheet.)Record each of the ten independent replication results for average ending inventory, average units ordered per month, and average monthly costs.Adjust worksheet graph as needed to reflect average monthly inventory frequencies.
  • Estimate long-run mean monthly cost with a 95% confidence interval.
  • Using the results of part (a) and (b), estimate the total number of replications needed to estimate mean monthly cost within $4.

Note: you need to adjust and solve the problem using the Excel sheet provided

This problem is based on the classic order-up-to-level (M,L) inventory policy with a reorder point (L), a maximum inventory level (M), random demand, and random lead time.

A company is selling a non-perishable item. Consider an (M,L) inventory system, in which the procurement quantity Q is defined by:

Q=0 if I >=L to Q=M-I if l < L
