Students are expected to work in groups of Five to Seven for the group project. Please find your group members and form a group. Each group should submit its group profile by the end of the 2nd week. The profile should contain the information on: (1) group name and (2) member list. Each team should find a case where a new market entrant (brand) successfully penetrated and finally dominated the market in competition with existing competitors. Analyze its marketing strategy including target market selection and differentiation strategy. Each group should prepare for a 20 minute presentation and submit the ppt slides.
