Who farms are primarily worked by really depends where that farm is. But yes, migratory crews are common due to the seasonal nature of agriculture and crops; e.g. peaches ripen in summer, apples in the fall. Farming is manual labor. It’s very physical. It’s common among immigrant communities because of lax labor laws, farm work visas, and exploitative management practices commonly utilized and manipulated in the industry. What are your perspectives on these issues?
2.FAQ: How do physiographic barriers contribute to the different forms of religion? What examples are there?
Regional, physiographic barriers can contribute to separation in religions due to the way significant land forms and water bodies can isolate people and movement of people; e.g. Buddhism in Tibet is much different than the predominant sect, Chan/Zen, in most other areas of China, in a large part because of the isolation of the Tibetans on the Tibetan Plateau for many centuries.
