• The incarceration rate is high, with about a 1.3million people held in state prisons with about 600,000 being behind bars in the country’s local jails. It means that 660 people in every 100,000 residing in the U.S are behind bars, which is a very high number. The high number of arrests is the leading cause of constraints on the facilities and insufficient resources to run them.
• 4th Factor
• The criminal justice system ranks at only a 23% confidence level, which is relatively low compared to other institutions. It indicates that the rates of crimes and recidivism are at high levels.

So a recap of what I need for you to do is just focus and write a Five (5) page paper on the 3rd and 4th factors listed above.
