Three; Strategy and Structure:

The final task before setting up shop is to determine the
optimal international strategy and organizational structure that will best
support this international venture. The CEO of your organization has asked you
to write a report on your recommendations of the type of international strategy
and organizational structure they should adopt.

What are you most interested in Studying?
I am most interested in learning how much effort this organization is putting into ensuring that their employees are satisfied and motivated. As research shows, this is an essential aspect of any organization, yet many do not put much stress on it as it often gets overlooked. After completing my surveys of the employees and interviewing staff members, I am curious to see if there will be any gaps. Perhaps the management staff believe that they are doing a lot to motivate employees, but the employees do not feel this way. In that case, I am looking forward to coming up with recommendations to close that gap. Perhaps there are very few gaps and there will be not much room for improvement. Either way, I am excited to view the data that I receive from my research and come up with an analysis and solutions.

What the Literature Map should entail:

A summary of the results of your search of the
literature.  Remember the purpose of
doing a literature review is to refine the research question /tell why it is
important; substantiate the importance of the problem you selected of its
importance as it refers to what other researchers have found in the field and
identifies gaps or areas where there is a lack of research. Literature needs to
be comprised of 10-20 scholarly peer review references. 

The results of
the search should: 

1. Provide the basis upon which
   you justify the problem statement  and
   build the research design. Use this literature throughout the final
   research proposal report to verify, clarify, substantiate, and raise
   questions. 

2. Identifies what is already
   known in the area.

3. Identifies what concepts and
   theories are relevant.

4. Identifies significant
   problems/inconsistencies/unanswered research questions related to the topic in
   addition to the question you have raised.

5. Tells you what has been done in
   the past/success/failure in this area related to your research so you can
   benchmark with the results.

you will identify an area of interest of “Bullying” and locate two research
articles in peer-reviewed scholarly journals that address your area of
interest. Read both articles carefully – you will be expected to thoroughly
describe and summarize the content of the article using the format presented

two research articles from your topic area. For this assignment, each student
will identify two different social work scholarly journals that
publish articles based upon quantitative or qualitative research methods. Then
select one article from each of these journals (two total),
