hello I have to do a peer rreview assignment for a project.

The attachment has the project and I need you to do peer review.

I also attached the rubric so your peer review will be based on it. You have to make comments to justify each score you give in the Rubric. Write a summary paragraph on the strength and on the weakness of the assigned peer reports. The more specific items that you quote from the peer report you are reading, the higher the score your will receive.

Terrorism and Organized Crime Week 4 Individual Project Business Finance Assignment Help

Strategic Operational Plan Proposal (SOPP) Draft

Click here to download the Strategic Operational Plan Proposal (SOPP) template that is needed to complete this deliverable.

You are an operations officer for the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) and you were instructed by the special agent in charge (SAC) of the task force to develop a Strategic Operational Plan Proposal (SOPP) and to have the first draft as detailed as possible for the SAC’s review. He gave you this assignment because you already conducted research on numerous sections of the proposal, and you are expected to incorporate your previous work into this outline. For this first draft, the information needs to be clear and concise, with general substantive work.

The following scenario gives you the necessary information to complete the SOPP:

The al-Qaeda terrorist organization is attempting to infiltrate two cells composed of 12 individuals each into a major metropolitan city in the United States. The al-Qaeda cells are funded by a Russian organized crime faction that is trying to penetrate Chicago, IL and displace Chicago’s local syndicate known as The Outfit. The Office of the Director of National Intelligence, through external and internal U.S. sources, identified the Russian organized crime (OC) faction and its methodology of money laundering in 2012 but delayed a response because signal intelligence (SIGINT) identified the OC’s relationship with al-Qaeda. The city of Chicago was identified as the terrorist organization’s main target, but it is not known how the group will gain access to the United States at this time. The Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) identified that the Russian OC faction is attempting penetration into Chicago’s drug, gambling, and prostitution operations for which The Outfit is currently the dominant leader. Chicago police reported three separate assassination-style murders of Russian OC local leaders and attributed the murders to The Outfit.
The National Security Agency (NSA) reported SIGINT between the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) and the Miami-based Russian OC syndicate identifying the transfer of two low-yield nuclear devices to Iranian Ministry of Intelligence operatives at the port of Donetsk, Ukraine during the chaos caused by the separatist move from the Ukrainian government, who in turn where identified by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) as having delivered the two nuclear devices to known al-Qaeda operatives with an unknown destination. The Department of Homeland Security (HLS) has increased the U.S. threat level to elevated.
The CIA identified, through SIGINT (cell phones, texting, and e-mails), that al-Qaeda obtained numerous canisters of sarin gas (also known as GB) and is intent on using it against the United States in retaliation for its role in the Afghan war. The CIA and Department of Defense, U.S. Northern Command Intelligence identified the possible infiltration points for the al-Qaeda operatives to be along the Mexico/U.S. border.
The identification of the leader for terrorist cell number 1 was made by the CIA. The cell is possibly composed of 12 men, of whom 2 are of Arab descent, 7 Philippine, and 1 American. The leader’s name is Alwani abu Rayan, but he goes by the alias of Roberto Martinez (his father was Iranian, and his mother was Columbian). The American’s name is John Q. Citizen, and he was a resident of Chicago. Chicago FBI conducted a threat analysis based on all source intelligence and identified the O’Hare and Midway International Airports, the McCormick Place Convention Center, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago as possible targets for the potential low-yield nuclear weapons. Through the DEA, the FBI received intelligence that the GB gas is most likely to be used by the second terrorist cell against the leadership of The Outfit. It is believed that the Russian gang may not be aware that their cooperation with the al-Qaeda organization may also include nuclear devices, which may have catastrophic implications to their vision of controlling the territory belonging to The Outfit.
All information has been provided to the FBI, and the FBI has assigned you as their lead planner. You are provided with the additional guidance that the mission parameter dates are from 1 June through 6 July 201X. You were also provided guidance as to the mission: conduct counterterrorist operations in the vicinity of Tucson, AZ to apprehend and destroy terrorist cells infiltrating the United States. Also, conduct counterterrorist operations in the area of Chicago, IL to apprehend and destroy terrorist cells that may have already infiltrated into that area.
The Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) Teams Delta 1 and 2 are assigned to the missions, respectively. Both teams are composed of FBI, HLS, Department of Defense, NSA, DEA, and local law enforcement with a total body count of 45 each.

Assignment Details

Prepare the outline of your Strategic Operational Plan Proposal (SOPP) based on the scenario given and the SOPP template provided. Click here for guidance in using the correct APA sequence for this assignment. There are segments of the SOPP that the scenario does not have information for, and it is your responsibility to research what the best assumptions are and identify them as such. Complete Sections I–III using research previously conducted in the first 3 phases as well as the scenario information. You must also provide the strategies that you recommend for countering the identified threats (entry points in Mexico as well as possible targets in Chicago).

29%

Peter is a 28-year-old civil servant with a 9-to-5 desk job. He is 6’4″ tall and weighs 252 lb. He played football and basketball in high school and some intramural sports in college, but has not worked out or been very active since. His diet is sporadic and consists of mostly processed and prepackaged foods that are quick and easy to prepare. Peter’s goals are to lose weight, tone his body, and lead a healthier lifestyle. Based on Peter’s current lifestyle and existing exercise and nutrition habits, design a 12-week progressive training program to help him best achieve his goals.

Assignment:

Design a 12-week periodized training program for the client described in the Client Profile. Be very specific as you design the training programs as this is an opportunity for you to demonstrate your full comprehension of the information and concepts discussed throughout the course. List the types of exercise, duration, sets, reps, rest intervals, and so on.

Include:

  • A description of your professional responsibilities as discussed in the stages of the drawing-in process. (Unit 12)
  • Discussion of any fitness tests, methods of evaluation, and data collection used to assess and evaluate the client’s needs.
  • Calculation of the client’s target heart rate using the Karvonen formula.
  • Specific conditions that you have identified in the client profile.
  • A detailed 12-week comprehensive and periodized training program including specific exercises, sets, repetitions, suggested rest times, etc. Use an integrated approach in your program recommendations. Use charts to illustrate the training program.
  • Specific and detailed nutritional strategies and an explanation as to how the strategies will assist the client in meeting energy needs.
  • Explanation for your chosen assessment, programming, and nutritional recommendations. (Be sure to reference course concepts when discussing rationale for your recommendations.)

Keep in mind that a client should be able to take your program and put it into practice without having to contact you to clarify what you intended by your recommendations or to explain parts of your program.

Don’t forget your explanation for WHY you listed and recommended what you did. Reference the concepts and theories covered in the course. Be sure to address why the program and exercises recommended are appropriate for the specific client given the client’s history, current abilities, and intended goal(s). For example: if you are developing a program for a beginner client without any resistance training experience, explain how your program addresses the lack of experience, initial need for foundational development, process by which you would safely progress the client, etc. Tying your program to course concepts is a critical component of your case study.

This week’s assignment is a client assessment/case study. This is where everything you’ve read and learned over the last 8 weeks comes together. The best way to go about completing this assignment is to treat this as a client that is being presented to you. I want to know the steps you would take starting from the moment you meet this individual (think back to Unit 12 and 13). This is a theoretical client. You are to make up what his answers/results would be after conducting a proper assessment.

As mentioned before you need to be VERY informative with your assessment. Include the formulas for your calculations. Your 12-week programs need to be set up in a way that your client would be able to conduct their own workout reading off what you recommend if you are not meeting with them every session for some reason. If you decide to have “active rest” days, specify what you recommend doing on these days. Make sure to review Unit 15 of your text in regard to “Creating a Periodized Program.” It will help you!!! Also, make sure to include and use the important, guiding training principles that help to build your programs and set your recommendations and make sure to explain the principle and how it applies to your particular program. You do not need to create a complete meal plan, but make sure to discuss what the client should be consuming and where they should be getting these calories. Don’t forget to discuss possible supplements and why you would recommend them. Also, make sure to review the guidelines for this type of client (think back to the material covered in week 8). Please take all this into consideration when completing this assignment. This should be a periodized, progressive program with every detail outlined and why you are adapting and changing this program accordingly. Again, let me remind you that these assignments are meant illustrate your understanding and practical application of the material you learned throughout this entire course; therefore, the assignment and this News Forum post are not going to spell out exactly what you need to do with this Case Study—STRUT YOUR STUFF AND DEMONSTRATE YOUR KNOWLEDGE!!!

disaster recovery plan Business Impact response paper Writing Assignment Help

i Need 2 response papers for two paper attachements with APA format and should follow Bellow instructions

Attached two papers need two separate responses on them

Each response paper should be atleast 300 words

business continuity and disaster recovery

Scenario Paper Responses

Responses should highlight points about his or her submission that you agreed and disagreed with. Bring new knowledge or points to the topic. Do not restate every fact that was written in the author’s submission. Remember these are not opinion pieces. You must support your ideas and positions with facts when stating why you agree or disagree with a point. Disagreement with another’s position is a healthy part of the discussion. However, you should not degrade or demean your peers. This is unacceptable.

All students are required to read and respond to at least one peer’s scenario submission. Unless otherwise noted, your response must:

  1. Be at least 300 words
    1. The purpose of the responses is to ask questions, gain clarity, share experiences, or give additional insight and perspective. Just stating, “I agree” “Good job” or “I liked your paper” is not a substantial or acceptable response.
  2. APA format
    1. Your response should not be formatted as a letter or any other type of informal correspondence. It should not start with greetings, e.g., Dear Fred, Hi Steve, or Hello class. Similarly, it should not end with an informal statement, e.g., Thanks, Jason, Sincerely Lisa, or any other type of casual closing statement. Your submission should merely end with your reference list
    2. Because these submissions are short in length, it should not consist primarily of bullet-points. Use fully developed sentences and paragraphs to articulate your thoughts.
  3. Include a reference list.
    1. You must use at least 2 scholarly references no older than 2005, and have in-text citations.
    2. Responses that do not contain scholarly or reputable sources are not scholarly submissions.
  4. Be written in a clear and concise manner
    1. Proofread your work to ensure that it is free of grammatical, contextual, and spelling errors.

Here are some common problems, which are discussed in the syllabus, that my tutor have noticed some response submissions:

1 – All assignments are academic submissions and require scholarly references to support your positions. What I am finding is that some students are not supporting their positions with academic or reputable industry references. Without references to support your views, you are stating your opinions. The syllabus states, “Remember these are not opinion pieces.” Similarly, the response submissions are not review pieces. So you should not include statements such as, “The author did a good job introducing the topic of data breaches.”

2 – Some response submissions were restatements of everything that was already written in the student’s original submission. The syllabus states to “Bring new knowledge or points to the topic. Do not restate every fact that was written in the author’s submission.” If the post that you are reading is discussing the business continuity plan to establish an alternative site, and this is a point that you agree with, recommend an element to include that was not discussed. As an example, “I agree with your argument that the business continuity plan should be established to assist the organization with restoring its operations at an alternative site. Another element that would be useful to the organization at its alternative site, which could be included in the plan, is an electronic notification system. An electronic notification system will enable the organization to send information to its employees if there are changes that have occurred at the alternative site (xxx, xxx).”

3 – The response submissions are formal academic submissions. However, I am finding that some students are constructing their responses as informal correspondences. Per the syllabus, “Your responses should not be formatted as a letter or any other type of informal correspondence. It should not start with greetings, e.g., Dear Fred, Hi Steve, or Hello class. Similarly, it should not end with an informal statement, e.g., Thanks, Jason, Sincerely Lisa, or any other type of casual closing statement.

4 – Your reference list must be in APA format.

An example of incorrectly formatted reference:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/822400/description-of-disaster-recovery-options-for-microsoft-sql-server

An example of a correctly formatted reference:

Naseri, A., & Azmoon, O. (2012). Proposition of Model for CSIRT: Case Study of Telecommunication Company in a Province of Iran. IJCSI International Journal of Computer Science, (9),1. Retrieved from https://pdfs.semanticscholar.org/c819/f8db6bbe59de72915ffbb42c580a8ec90e60.pdf

5 – You cannot have a reference listed in your reference list and not have its corresponding in-text citation. You also cannot have an in-text citation without the source listed in your reference list.

An example of a correctly formatted in-text citation:

This gives the hacker access to personally identifiable information, such as social security numbers, that reside on otherwise secure internal file servers (Chapple, 2014).

Using the same example, this is an incorrectly formatted in-text citation:

This gives the hacker access to personally identifiable information, such as social security numbers, that reside on otherwise secure internal file servers (Jack Chapple, 2014).

Even if you are paraphrasing what you read into your own words, these were not your original thoughts, and you must include an in-text citation for that author.

If you are unfamiliar with formatting your references, please review the syllabus or the Purdue Owl for assistance.

6 – The use of bullet points in your response submissions. The syllabus states, “Because these submissions are short in length, it should not consist primarily of bullet-points. Use fully developed sentences and paragraphs to articulate your thoughts.”

7 – General grammar, spelling, and contextual issues. One sentence does not equate to a paragraph. You cannot start sentences with lowercase letters. Please proofread your work; at the very least it should not include misspelled words because iLearn and Microsoft Word both underlines misspellings with a red indicator. Make sure that your sentences make sense and that you are not using words out of context. As an example, “The institution fixed that their corrective actions in develop like risk assessments, permanence response papers, series of plan of actions to take care of series of compliance plans.” A tool that I use is to read my papers aloud; this helps me to catch things that I may have overlooked by reviewing my documents on the screen.

These significant issues are reoccurring in both the scenario papers and responses. So, I cannot stress enough how important it is to read the syllabus, use the resources, and ask questions about concepts that you are unfamiliar. I want everyone to be successful in this course, so please do not impede on your own success.
