In the assigned MIT Sloan article “Sustainability Nears a Tipping Point” they refer to a group of companies called “harvesters”. In your opinion, what are some of the common leadership behaviors that drive these companies and do you see their advantages as sustainable (able to maintain their advantages) for the next ten years? Is there a possible diminishing return on long-term sustainability initiatives that should be considered?
