This abnormal approach allows full transparency to employees and the public to view the culture that HubSpot utilizes to ensure they stick to their core values. Another example of organizational culture in HubSpot is flexibility. They believe that giving employees more freedom makes their business more attractive to highly skilled potential employees. For example, HubSpot offers their employees a month-long sabbatical after the employee has worked for the company for 5 years, unlimited vacation time, and the “Use Good Judgement” policy, which allows the employee to make a decision in the moment.
