– Deliverable One – Item of value to the Client/Project – PowerPoint Report, Case Brief, Data Summary, etc.
– Deliverable Two – Reflection on what you learned about LEADERSHIP form the content of the project and the process of working on a team.
1. Strategic Planning – Step Up: Be a Leader and Pay It Forward Program – Using existing documents and program “Logic Models” and by facilitating two to three focused discussion sessions with key stakeholders, update the Strategic Plan using the VMOSA Model and create a Sustainability Plan.
