The purpose of this exercise is to consider inequity in education. In particular, we focus on remote learning education. During this pandemic period, educational inequities abound. Is it simply a problem or internet access or is it something deeper? What does it say about cultural inequities?

As students, it is easy to see how difficult it is to get an equitable education. For this assignment, your mission will be to research, report, and offer a solution plan to overcome this glaring and growing educational inequity.

Your report should include at least three outside resources. These may be internet resources (e.g., articles, videos), written resources or interviews with family and friends. After you complete your research, use what you’ve learned to offer a solution(s) to overcome inequity in education. Here we have focused in on distance learning, so be sure to include that emphasis in your report.

Your report can be cut and pasted into the browser or attached as a file. Be sure to include bibliographic resources if you use outside materials. Add them in a References list and quote them in your article (e.g., Howell, 2020). If you have questions, please let me know. It doesn’t matter what style that you use (APA, MLA, etc…)

I already wrote a proposal and have feedback on it. For this final project, I need you to write it except the literature review part and the research question part (someone done that). The research question for this project is: What are the differences between 90’s rap music and today’s rap music?

For a popular culture class, Font size 12, Times New Roman

As I already have 5 pages of the literature review part and the research question part, I need you to do 7 pages.

Even though the completed research project contains some of the same sections as your proposal, you should not be copying and pasting any content from your research proposal. The research proposal should serve as the basis for your final project. In addition, it is expected that the detailed comments provided as feedback will be addressed in your final exam (i.e. if you are asked to elaborate on why you chose a specific methodology, you should do so!).

This means you can use some of the content I have for the proposal, like the introduction.

For the Methodology part, recommend using content analysis, since the question is “What are the differences between 90’s rap music and today’s rap music? ” You could pick 3-4 songs per decade, maybe even of one specific artist like Snoop Dogg from 1992-present (1992 was his first song) and see how his music has evolved. (Jayz is another example) and you can analyze the lyrics, even the MV content

The interface loads a series of documents (HTML and PDF), it must be translated into 5 languages, therefore a system for loading these documents must be implemented either through a simple backend or through the editing of a file. XML

For the case study, we will focus on the importance of safety and all parties helping to make safety a priority. The effectiveness of the safety training will depend on how prepared the participants are for the training and their perception of the training.

Review “Case: Safety First” located in the textbook on pages 199-200, and respond to the prompts below. You are not required to answer the questions at the end of the case study in the textbook.

1. Examine the components of an effective training needs analysis for this scenario. What would the basic parts for a successful training program be?
2. Describe how the training should be delivered, and briefly describe one motivational theory from those listed on pages 163–173 in the textbook and how it supports this type of training to enhance an organization’s performance.
