Paper details:
Choose a health care law or policy for this week’s assignment and create a proposal or presentation for continued funding of a related program.
Create two separate proposals, one that addresses liberal viewpoints and one that addresses conservative viewpoints.
Convince each group that continued funding is essential to the well being of its recipients.
The health care law or public health policy chosen for this assignment can be either an existing, pending, or proposed law or policy.
Once you choose a law or policy, you will need to describe each party platform in general (i.e. conservative and liberal party platforms). Then, you will need to present a persuasive discussion to each party for why the program you are presenting (i.e. a public health program that funds vaccines) should continue, appealing to each party (“how the program advances the party agenda”). The “data related to the target population outcomes”, can be statistics for or against your chosen program.

Purdue University Vaccines Contains Toxic Chemicals Factual Claim Writing Assignment Help
For this assignment, you will write a 500-700 word blog post for the (imaginary) Fact Busters website. Follow a scientific “fact” upstream to its original source and then communicate your findings in an essay answering the questions: To what extent can we trust public portrayals of scientific studies in this source? What are the key differences between the scientific and popular representations of this “fact”? And what is at stake in whether or not this “fact” is treated as true?
To begin, you will select a source making a factual claim. You have options for finding such a fact, including: A claim made in an advertisement, brochure, label or website for a product or service. A news piece or social media post. A “factoid” or piece of advice someone shared with you. A scientific fact is a claim about the world that is presented as objectively true. Choose a fact that appears to be straightforward statement of truth, that can be verified or refuted through research. For example, a cafeteria poster reading, “Eat 6-8 servings of veggies a day for a healthy diet” would work as a source, because it makes a claim about cause and effect. One that reads, “Eat healthy every day” would not count because it makes a recommendation without making a claim and thus can’t be refuted.
Your document should be submitted as .doc, .docx, or .pdf to Canvas by 1/24 11:59pm.
You will need to cite your sources (where the fact came from, as well as the research article that supports or doesn’t support said fact) and include at least one class reading (for instance, ch. 15 of the Sismondo book). Citations should be in either MLA, APA, or ASA style. Here is a useful resource to make sure that you are citing your articles https://owl.purdue.edu/owl/research_and_citation/asa_style/references_page_formatting.html (Links to an external site.)
Generally, the popular science article you find should reference the scientific article or articles that is based on. However, to find a peer-review article, I recommend using the UCSD library website (Roger search engine) and/or Google Scholar. You can also talk to your professor or TA about finding articles. Do not hesitate to also reach out to a librarian online to ask about finding articles.
A papers will make a thorough comparison and analysis of at least one popular science article to at least one peer-reviewed scientific paper. The comparison of these articles should explain their differences and why these differences matter. You should be clear on why you believe this public portrayal of this “fact” can be considered true or not. A papers will also need to clearly connect their “blog post” to at least one relevant class reading and correctly cite their all of the articles referenced in the post.
B papers will make a comparison and analysis of a popular science article to a peer-reviewed scientific paper, while making a serious attempt to answer all of the prompt questions. B papers should clearly connect their “blog post” to a relevant class reading and correctly cite their articles.
C papers will make some comparison between a popular science article and a peer-reviewed scientific article. Your blog post should make an attempt to answer the prompt questions and have clearly cited articles.
D/F papers will make little to no comparison between a popular science article and a peer-reviewed scientific article, and will do little to answer the prompt questions or connect to a class reading.

AT Still University Real Estate Contract Law Questions Discussion Business Finance Assignment Help
Analyze laws and ethics to solve business problems.
Scenario:
You work for a U.S. based company that does home appraisals. While conducting an inspection on a home, you know the home has been contracted to sell for $50,000.00. You come to the conclusion that the home can appraise for $80,000.00. You also know that your sister has been looking for a home in this desirable neighborhood but most homes are well over six figures. You mention to the owner that your sister would be happy to pay $60,000.00 for the home and it would certainly appraise for that. You wink as you walk out the door, after handing the owner your card with your contact information. The owner calls you and says she would accept if your sister made an offer.
Instructions:
- Review the situation and conduct scholarly research on contract law. Write a brief in Microsoft Word (minimum two pages) that analyzes the legal and ethical issues involved in the business situation. Specifically, describe the legal theory of a claim, appropriate court level, classification of law, and likely ethical issues that exist.
- Address the following:
- What are the elements for a valid contract involving a real estate transaction? Do your comments to the owner constitute a valid contract? why or why not?
- If the initial buyer wants to sue the homeowner for breach of contract, what court(s) would have jurisdiction and why?
- If the initial buyer wants to sue you for intentional interference with contractual relations, what court(s) would have jurisdiction and why? Could the initial buyer sue your company? Why or why not?

Louisiana State University Diabetes CDC Article Discussion Writing Assignment Help
REVIEW BOTH
1:Both Articles begin with a good definition of general DM without any complex medical jargon that might confuse the average patient. From their both Articles follow up with further definitions of the 3 types of DM, with the CDC website going a little further as to provide information regarding prediabetes. CDC website does, in my opinion offer a more cohesive definitions with explanations of what might be harder to understand information for someone who is medically illiterate. Both articles seem well honed on providing raw information about the disease and would be a good resource for primary audience, individual who themselves or loved ones have been diagnosed with DM. The WebMD site does have symptoms of DM on the main page which I believe could lead people to having false notions of having the disease when in fact they do not, CDC website has separate links which I think is useful in not overwhelming the audience.
I believe that both articles do a good job of being inclusive and informative without having an underlying sense of judgement. I believe that this is a large factor of the persuasive strategy at hand. In addition, the text used is large, easy to read and formatted in an easy to fallow way although, CDC has the upper hand in this case. Both articles neglect graphs or overly distractive materials. CDC website does have an informative video attached that I do believe would be helpful in delivering their message.
2:The topic I chose do discuss is diabetes. I chose this topic because of the prevalence it has in our society today. On any given day I work with multiple diabetics in the hospital and it is important to be educated on this topic. The two website I will be comparing are as follows:
undefined
https://www.diabetes.org/diabetes/newly-diagnosed
undefined
https://www.cdc.gov/diabetes/basics/diabetes.html
undefined
Although these websites are both extremely educational, they are each intended for different opposite audiences. The CDC wrote a factual article on diabetes to educate anyone that is willing to learn about this disease. Whereas Diabetes.org is targeting those that have already been diagnosed with the disease and teaches them ways to better control the disease process. Neither of these websites are targeting a specific ethnicity or cultural background but more so people who are affected by diabetes and those who want to learn more. However, both articles explain both types of diabetes, type one diabetes is more prevalent in the younger generation whereas type 2 is not. The secondary audiences for these websites, in my opinion, could be very similar. Both of these websites could be a source of knowledge for a family member wanting to learn about diabetes and gain knowledge on helpful things they can do for their loved one. The CDC, however, is more likely to be accessed by a someone perusing an education in which they will need to know about diabetes.
undefined
Diabetes.org takes a more intense approach at connecting with the audience by using statements throughout their website to let the person reading know they are not alone. They use bold lettering and put words in brighter colors to catch the eye of the audience. When first opening the website the first thing you are met with is a statement with a red back ground that reads “1.5 million people will be diagnose with diabetes this year.” Overall, this website provides more color and is more enticing. The CDC take a more educational approach and does not try to connect with the audience but instead simply inform by stating facts. This website is cleaner and does not use any persuasive styles to lure the reader in. Furthermore, Diabetes.org takes a very personable approach with their writing and the CDC uses more technical writing and health terms.
undefined
Both of these websites over a vast amount of information on both type one and type two diabetes, however diabetes.org goes into more depth on each of these topics. They provide multiple paragraphs and sections for each topic and explain more than the simple definition of each type. It has subsections including Take your Medicine, Living with Type 1, and Eat Healthy. They also have a list of common questions that are asked and links to find the answers to them. The CDC provides the simple definitions of each in small paragraphs with less sub-sections. The CDC subsections are more straight forward, Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, and Prediabetes.1 They do provide stats and numbered facts throughout this article, as well as links to find more information.
undefined
The CDC, being that it is more of a formal site, does not have any sort of advertising within this article. Diabetes.org does not have the traditional form of advertisement either. What they do have, however, is persuasive sections offering PDF forms of self-care manuals as well as options to join the community they have created. On the screen at all times, they also have a section that allows the audience to donate to the American Diabetes Association. This explains further that this website is targeted at the audience that has been diagnosed with diabetes and that would enjoy these options they are providing. Throughout the website, diabetes.org, has facts in bold letter that stand out to the audience. They also provide a large number of photos, including those of healthy food options, people exercising, blood sugar devices, and even children playing. The CDC does not have any photos, although it does have an informative video link that explains what diabetes is. This link takes you to the CDC’s YouTube page and offers an alternative to reading the article.
undefined
Both of these websites could be amazing resources to someone that has diabetes, although, in my opinion diabetes.org provides more information in a much friendlier way than the CDC. With this being said the CDC also offers a wide amount of information on every other disease process whereas diabetes.org is simply only speaking on this one disease process.
USING THIS FORMAT:
- The analysis addresses all questions for analysis. If not, then list all of the missing responses to questions for your peer.
- The analysis is well organized. It has a clear structure with an introduction, a body, and a conclusion. If there is not a clear structure, provide a comment about how to make the structure clearer.
- The memo includes a clear analysis of the two web sites, including comparison and contrast of the sites themselves and their target audiences. It does not just describe. If there is not a clear analysis of a technical and non-technical website, provide feedback to your peer on where the analysis needs to be in the document. Point out any areas where there is description.
- The analysis is concrete in that it uses examples from the Websites to support major points. The use of examples is selective and to-the-point. The examples are included in order to illustrate the analysis point and not to fill the page with words. There are no long direct quotations (defined as more than 3 lines) from the analyzed Websites.
- The student explains how the examples relate back to the analysis. If there are any deviations to these criteria, provide your peer with feedback using the peer review worksheet templates to guide your responses.
- The memo is formatted correctly following the specified guidelines for memos from Chapter 11. APA citation style is used when needed. If there are errors, point those out to your peer.
- Spelling, grammar, and punctuation are correct. Minimum word requirement is met. If there are errors, point those out to your peer.
- Rate how well the paper aligns with the assignment guidelines (minimal = does not meet assignment guidelines; medium = meets about 75% of the assignment guidelines; very high = meets 95% or above of the assignment guidelines)
- Suggestions for meeting the assignment guidelines:
- Write a final comment to your peer about two of the overall strengths and one overall weakness of the first draft.

HUST Neural Network Predicting Customer Churn in Cellular Network Services BIBLIO Business Finance Assignment Help
I’m working on a data analytics project and need a sample draft to help me learn.
Topic name: Use machine learning models to predict customer churn in retail banking.
Use the attached files as a starting point to find relevant references for this topic’s Annotated Bibliography and Litreature review.
Hypothesis: Understanding and predicting customer churn in banks
Part 1: Annotated Bibliography: Main requirements:
- Identify at least 30 articles you intend to read carefully for your review. See the lecture recordings or your notes to understand the minimum requirements for quality and quantity of references. You need 30 high-quality peer-reviewed articles. If you cannot meet the requirements for references, consider a new topic.
- Create a synopsis of each reference. This should be anywhere between one sentence and a couple of paragraphs.
- Using your papaja template, put the synopses in the Literature Review section. Put them in order from general to specific, so they lead your reader to your hypotheses.
- Create a properly formatted papaja style in-line citation for each synopsis. Some can begin the paraphrase, others can be embedded, or at the end. Make it read well. This will cause papaja to copy the correct entry from your .bib file to your References section in alphabetical order.
Part 2:
- It is time to convert your Annotate Bibliography into a Literature Review. You must now do the rest of your reading and writing. The deliverable for this assignment is a completed Literature Review. You WILL NOT supply an Abstract or Methods Section. Figures and Graphs are not recommended, but if included must be at the end after References. If you provide an Abstract or Methods section now, or inline figures and graphics before the end, it will be returned ungraded.
- Critical thinking is required here. Your readers expect a critique of the works that you have studied. What your annotations are missing going into this are your thoughts, logic, warrant, and assertions. Add these things now.
- Combine your annotations into paragraphs. Use opening and closing sentences, bridge words and sentences to link these thoughts together. Add your thoughts, using your annotations as evidence to support your logic. Add quotes as appropriate. Remember that your readers want your critique of the literature, not just a recitation.
- Move your reader through your chosen structure leading to an elegant segue to your proposed research problems or hypotheses that you will be working on.
- Add opening and closing language.
- This assignment is only for the literature review and reference sections. Your literature review and references must be well-formed, using complete English sentences, perfect punctuation, and capitalization, and be fully APA compliant in all aspects.
- You will submit an APA style Title Page, an introduction (NO INTRODUCTION HEADER), a Literature Review (YES Literature Review Header), and a References section.
Run your final product through Grammarly. Seriously, I can tell. If writing in English is not one of your strong points, I strongly recommend that you have someone help you with proofreading this document. As always, I only accept pdf files via Moodle, no other submissions will be accepted.
