The policy needs to stipulate what emergency procedures need to be followed. The policy should include the frequency of earthquake drills by all personnel and who is responsible for stocking the earthquake supplies and maintaining the emergency preparedness budget.

Your thesis statement and paper must address both the literary qualities and the social issues as you evaluate the novel, Frankenstein. A good summary should be comprehensive, concise, coherent, and independent. These qualities are explained below:
