Zine Assignment Humanities Assignment Help
Zine Assignment
-PLEASE FOLLOW HIS STEP AND Zine Rubric TO GET GOOD GRADES.
(This must be handed in on time, without extension, because it’s a physical object; also so I have time to review work before grades are due).
Purpose:
Creating a zine allows you to construct an argument in a unique format, and allows you to experiment with a culturally relevant kind of text, and advance claims in a way that might be unique to you, but is more common for others, and could be useful for you in the future. You will also have a chance to recognize, explain, and analyze your own choices through a supplemental document you create.
Skills:
The purpose of this assignment is to help you practice the following skills that are essential to your success in navigating arguments you’ll encounter in your academic, professional, and personal lives. In this assignment you will:
- Demonstrate what topic you find to be socially relevant
- Avoid problems in logic through crafting your argument in the zine-medium
- Consider and choose a physical format for your zine, and build the physical object
- Compose an argument using language and other aesthetic considerations
Knowledge:
This assignment will also help you to become familiar with the following important content knowledge in critical thinking and reasoning:
- The relationship between text and aesthetic elements, both physical and visual
- Specific rhetorical approaches to reach an audience through a physical document
Tasks:
To complete this assignment you should:
- create a zine using no more than two pieces of paper
- use images and/or text to make an argument about an environmental issue that is important to you
- Hand the physical object to me in class (optional: make additional copies to trade among each other in class)
- Prepare a 1-3 page response/reflection where you answer the following questions:
- What is the argument of your zine?
- What details are incorporated that help you advance that argument?
- Why do you felt it was appropriate for a zine?
- How did you settle on a format for your zine?
- Do you want this back? (If you do, I’ll return it at the final; if you don’t, I’m excited to keep it and add it to my collection).
- Submit that document here in Canvas, along with a file showing your zine. It can be photographs, a scan, a Word doc, or PDF.
Criteria for Success:
You’ve created a small zine that can be handled without falling apart; it is legible; it contains an argument, whether it is explicate or implied; the argument being made is free of logical fallacies, and demonstrates a critical look at a topic; the zine is organized in a way that is intuitive and advances the argument; separately, there is a 1-3 page document that answers the questions above with details, in full paragraphs that are grammatically and mechanically sound. The zine is submitted as document to Canvas that day.
Zine Rubric

essay fix Humanities Assignment Help
– here the essay you wrote i need you to fix couple things to me .
here is my teacher comment just read it and do what he wants please .
teacher comment : There are some details in here that are raising questions for me, Ghofran. For one thing, it begins with “Recently,” and that suggest that there would be an article or debate in the news that would be referenced right away. It also seems a lot of different kinds of surveillance are being grouped together, and they seem like separate things.
Interestingly, just today, there was an article about how the SDPD was going to buy some cell phone hacking software (Links to an external site.), but decided not to for cost reasons. That’s a reminder that “the government” or “the police” aren’t monolithic or all-powerful. They’re systems that are full of complexities and people making decisions.

Annotated Bibliography Writing Assignment Help
Skills Builder 6.1: How to Prepare an Annotated Bibliography
Throughout your studies, you will read many texts and journal articles. In many courses, you will be asked to prepare an annotated bibliography to assist you in preparing key assignments. An annotated bibliography is a writing and research tool that you want to master because it allows you to record important information in a concise and scholarly way quickly.
Begin this process by reading about annotated bibliographies in the Conducting Research and Forms of Writing sections in the Northcentral Academic Success Center (click the links in the left side navigation area of the ASC screen).
You may also find the following links helpful to you in understanding how to compile an annotated bibliography, located under your weekly resources.
- How to prepare an annotated bibliography: The annotated bibliography. (2015, December 8). Cornell University Library.
- Stacks, G., Karper, E., Bisignani, D., & Brizee, A. (2013, March 10). Annotated bibliographies. Purdue OWL.
Warm-Up Activity 6.1: How to Evaluate Research Materials
This week, you are learning how to read research articles. This activity takes you to another critical step as a researcher and academic scholar: how to evaluate the merits of research materials. This includes understanding the whys behind an article, who the authors are and their expertise, and analyzing the organizational flow and content. For a great overview of evaluating research materials, visit the Colorado State University’s Evaluating Resources, located under your weekly resources.
Assignment
For this assignment, you will perform a search for five resources in a chosen topic area related to forensic psychology. Some example topics include eyewitness testimony, competency evaluation, psychopathy, risk assessment, treatment in correctional facilities, or the development of juvenile delinquency. You may want to include sources that reflect the history of research on your area of interest so you can consider how this area has developed in the field of forensic psychology.
Using the guidelines and resources you have reviewed this week, create an Annotated Bibliography focused on five sources. Provide either a copy of each article or a link to the article for your instructor as well.
Length: 5 entries – approximately 4-5 pages
Your Annotated Bibliography should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course and by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards. Be sure to adhere to Northcentral University’s Academic Integrity Policy.

SPST180: DISCUSSION. respond to a few discussions about the moon and stars Science Assignment Help
ORIGINAL POST and response:
What changes might have happened or not happened to the earth if the moon had never formed?
Without the moon, the climatic conditions of the Earth would be adverse. While the Earth revolves around the sun, it is tilted so that the angle of inclination is 23.4 degrees (Fraknoi et al. 2016). This tilting began about 4.5 billion years ago when the Earth collided with another planet, but the attraction of the moon stabilized it at that angle. This means without the moon, and the Earth would have tilted over 85 degrees. What happens when the Earth’s axis is tilted to this extent is that the poles would be exposed to the sun, and the ices caps would leading to extreme climatic changes. Even now, a small change as one degree from the current inclination of the Earth’s axis is enough to cause ice ages. Additionally, there would be no seasons whatsoever, and both the lunar and solar eclipse would be there.
How might this have influenced civilization?
Without the moon, civilization may not have gone to the extent, which it has attained now. There is a significant influence of the moon, especially in astrology and other aspects of human civilization. The moon exerts friction on the Earth and thus make a move slowly. According to (Fraknoi et al. 2016) in every 100 years, the Earth’s rotation slows down by two milliseconds. The friction keeps the Earth rotating slowly, and a complete rotation lasts for 24 hours. Without the moon, therefore, days would be shorter, and people would work less, leading to stunted growth in civilization. People would also concentrate along the equator leaving the other area inhabited.
How might it have influenced the development of astronomy?
Even with the existence of the sun, stars and other heavenly bodies including the planets, the moon remains the basis of development in astronomy. The moon is closer to the Earth than the sun, and so, its effects are felt much than those of the sun. For instance, the moon causes spring tides and neap tides. Additionally, the most elongated the earth duration of the day from 6 hours to the present 24 hours by slowing down the rotation. Therefore, the development of astronomy and astrology stemmed from the moon more than the sun and other bodies.

**I need a well written essay that’s about 4-5 pages long with a reference page not included in the 4-5 pages. So if you type 4 pages make the reference page the 5th page.**
Your research paper should focus on a slice of infrastructure in the city and make an argument about the way it functions socially. In other words, your paper will address the themes we discussed in the first part of the class – what is the relationship between infrastructure and society? How do infrastructures facilitate or impede life for some and not others? How does infrastructure become a conduit for violence and suffering? You can use a question from our books – How does state power materialize through infrastructure? But you must have some sort of argumentative thesis statement. This will help you greatly in structuring your paper.
The thesis statement does not have to be groundbreaking, just argumentative…meaning that you can debate it with someone else and you can produce and frame evidence (your readings and observations about infrastructure in the city around you) to bolster your argument. For example, a thesis sentence may be something seemingly obvious to you, like: Transportation in Brooklyn exacerbates inequality. Then you can use your evidence to argue that and convince someone (me) that you are correct. Don’t try to get too complicated.
I will need you to concentrate on one or two concepts (people as infrastructure and infrastructural violence)
Now add the pandemic to it… aka the covid-19
Or, rethink in terms of masks, sanitizer, toilet paper…infrastructures that you never thought to think about…so it can be something new, but doesn’t have to be.
I forgot to mention but you need to use a few references(6-10) from any website or article and cite them and please make reference page for it.

CRJ 413 Research Method Humanities Assignment Help
I’m an undergraduate and I have to do a Literature Review Paper. I’ve chosen the topic on (correlation) Interrelation between recidivist dui offenders and alcohol addiction, and I’ve use these first two resources thus far: https://www.samhsa.gov/data/sites/default/files/cbhsq-reports/NSDUHDetailedTabs2018R2/NSDUHDetTabsSect5pe2018.htm#tab5-4a (Links to an external site.)
https://www.alcoholproblemsandsolutions.org/dwi-and-dui-courts-are-effective-they-reduce-repeat-dwidui-offenses/. I have to use more peer reviewed articles or journals when it comes to the final Literature Review paper; however, the peer review direct quotes can only make up five percent (5%) of the total submission…meaning if submission is 500 words =25 words for direct quote or 750 words =37 words for direct quotes & so on (if not then I will receive a zero & final the class) For this week, it’s two assignments due complete the following steps of the research process. The first assignment is use the article or scientific fact that I posted in my first discussion (please attached) to propose a research scenario on the given topic. Please summarize the following: Identify one question that is unanswered from this article
-
- For example, if I am posting a link on an article on the most common crime in America (Links to an external site.) and learn that it is property crime, I might ask: What can be done to effectively reduce property crime?
- Next- identify the following for your unanswered question, as if you were a researcher seeking to answer that question:
- Your hypothesis-how would you go about answering your question?
- Your independent variable
- Your dependent variable
- How you would operationalize (measure) your variables?
- Whether you are asking a basic or applied research question
- Whether you would collect quantitative or qualitative data and why
- What evidence you would look for to see if your hypothesis is correct
- A brief conclusion-explaining how answering your question would benefit criminal justice policy or procedures.
Next assignment, I have complete the following steps of the research process by addressing the following questions and tasks:1. Identify the topic you have selected for this assignment.
- Discuss your preliminary goals for your research-In other words, what is the purpose of your research? What would you like to learn about this topic? How would you like to use this information in the future (either to conduct your own research or perhaps in a professional setting)? In other words, would you have a basic research or applied research focus for your assignment? Then use some of the key research terms from week one to help set up a framework for our research by doing the following: Identifying the independent variable (the presumed cause) & Identifying the dependent variable (the presumed effect). I think I will use applied research focus for my assignment.
- 3. Finally, at least one citation for a resource you are planning to use for your final paper and describe briefly (2-3 sentences) how using this resource helps illustrate your information literacy competency.
- The professor is expecting APA format, double space, Times Roman, 12 size font.
- Please see attached documents. I would like to have one of the assignment done today (if possible) and the other can be completed by tomorrow morning (if necessary).
