This week, you were to continue your observation log (Part 2) from Week 2 Course Project. In Part 3, you are to observe the communication behavior of others who share your challenge and others who perform better in similar situations. Part 3 will help you to identify positive changes related to your challenge that you might make to your communication behavior. This will also help ensure that you don’t fall into the trap of adopting alternative communication behaviors that do not improve your communication outcomes. Background

In January 2019, the Federal Reserve announced that its goal was to keep the benchmark interest rate range between 2.25% – 2.5%. This was the same range announced at their December 2018 meeting. The last interest rate increase was 25 basis points in September 2018. This was the highest recorded rate increase since April 2008.

In the past, no one worried about the Federal Funds rate, but that all changed with the Great Recession of 2008. Now, most people are very aware of the consequences of drastic rate changes. When interest rates rise, it affects the way consumers and businesses can access and use credit.

This project requires you to research the Federal Funds Rate and the Federal Reserve on the Internet. You will find various articles that define and comment on the actions of these topics. Articles should be not more than three months old. You are expected to address the five questions provided in the Current Event Template below, using a minimum of four selected articles and the course material to support the reasoning. Note that using course materials and reference articles goes beyond defining terms but by clearly and thoroughly explaining. They are used to explain the ‘why and how’ of a situation. Avoid merely making statements but close the loop of the discussion by explaining how something happens or why something happens, which focuses on importance and impact. In closing the loop, you will demonstrate the ability to think clearly and rationally showing an understanding of the logical connections between the course material, your reference articles and the question(s) being asked.

The US Constitution was silent on political party issues; when it was signed in 1787, there were no parties in the country. In fact, no nation in the world has political parties based on voters. The need to gain popular support in the republic led to American innovation of political parties in the 1890s. [1] Americans were particularly innovative in devising new campaigning techniques to link public opinion with public policy through the party. [2]

Political parties have been and have been an integral part of the fabric of American democracy since the establishment of the state, although the US Constitution never mentions them, and some of the founding fathers of the state rejected it as a whole.
In “Federalist Papers” in 1788, Alexander Hamilton and James Madison had been wary of the dangers of local political parties. George Washington, the country’s first president, has never joined a political party, and he hoped that no political parties would be formed. [3]
. Hamilton’s federal party favored a strong central government and close ties between the government and the rich. The Republican Party, founded by Madison and Thomas Jefferson, supported a limited role for the central government and a public-driven approach to the government.
Alexander Hamilton had created an economy where people of his kind could grow and succeed. He was one of the drafters of the US Constitution, when he wrote in an article in The Federalist in Issue No. 78 to defend the role of the judiciary in constitutional regulation. On the legislative and executive branches, there is no danger to freedom from the judiciary alone.
Washington has worked to neutralize America and not to involve it in the conflict between Britain and France, and refused to take the views of many of his ministers in favor of one of the two countries.

George Washington (February 22, 1732 – December 14, 1799), first president of the United States (1789-1797), commander-in-chief of the continental army during the American Revolutionary War, and one of the founding fathers of the United States, was an opponent of separatists and led the rebellion that ended with the declaration of US secession. Moreover, he established the principle of a peaceful transition from his presidency to John Adams and his retirement after two terms, a practice that lasted until 1940 when Franklin Roosevelt was elected to three terms until the tradition returned in 1951 in the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution, which sets two-term terms. These traditions remain in the 21st century. Washington hailed him as a “father of his country” even during his lifetime. .

He continued his efforts to establish an interstate federal system until it finally culminated in a constitutional convention in Philadelphia in 1787. After the constitution was adopted at the Philadelphia Conference, the Electoral College unanimously elected him President of the United States to begin governing a country destined to be the world’s largest power. He performed the first constitutional oath in US history on the balcony of the Senate on April 30, 1789 to rule America for two consecutive terms from 1789 to 1797.
Distinguished by his deep respect for the decisions of Congress, he did not seek to exceed the constitutional powers of Congress. He worked to neutralize America and not to involve it in the conflict between Britain and France, and refused to take the views of many of his ministers in bias to one of the two countries. Before the end of the third year after the end of his second term, he fell ill and died on 14 December 1799.
