Noah Trevors Born a Crime and They Say I Say English Discussion Humanities Assignment Help

I’m working on a english writing question and need guidance to help me understand better.

After reading Born A Crime, you should see a connection between issues and themes in Trevor Noah’s life and the issues and themes in the essays that you’ve read in They Say, I Say. Discuss what those connections, issues, and themes are that both Noah and the essays in They Say, I Say share. Cite from both books to support your analysis.

Note: Consider this Talking Point as your starting point for your Final Term Essay. This is your exploration of ideas, your intellectual playground about what you might write about for the FTE.

How You’re Writing It

  • Your Talking Point is no longer a summary-and-response assignment. Now, it is your academic literary response to a writing prompt, which is based upon specific themes and passages from the reading. In other words, you’re writing short essays as preparation–a build-up–to a larger essay that you will write later–an essay about a theme you understand and interpret from the novel and discussions. Again, no summary paragraph is required as the first paragraph–just start off your Talking Point as an insightful essay of your own thoughts.
  • Your Talking Point must be five paragraphs in length Times New Roman Size 12 Font Double-Spaced MLA Format, and it must have an introduction with your thesis, a body of support paragraphs that explain your main ideas with descriptive details, and a conclusion that sums up your main ideas and insights about the prompt.
  • You must cite a total of four (4) sources to support your ideas. You must cite at least two (2) passages from Born A Crime, and you must cite passages from two (2) essays from They Say, I Say or multimedia, such as online articles or videos, that you’ve studied this semester. Your source citations must be in proper MLA-style format.
  • You must have a Works Cited section at the end of your Talking Point. Your Works Cited section must be in proper MLA-style format.

Note: There is no requirement for a summary paragraph of what you’ve read.

If you do not follow the writing requirements, you will receive a zero for only that part of the assignment.

Walden University Dissemination of Research Findings Essay Humanities Assignment Help

I’m working on a psychology discussion question and need a sample draft to help me understand better.

THERE ARE TWO PARTS TO THIS

Dissemination of research results may be done in any number of ways, such as through journal article submissions,
conference presentations, professional and community lectures,
peer-review sessions, and several variations of formal and informal settings. Different audiences have different needs and expectations. A
rule of thumb is to follow the guidelines for your particular format,
whatever these guidelines may be. Every journal has specific instructions for authors. Every conference includes specific instructions on how to submit and how to present. Most groups sponsoring oral presentations will let you know their expectations if you ask.

What is less obvious sometimes is the “fit”
between the material that you will present and the specific audience.
For example, if you are conducting a presentation of survey findings for parents of elementary school children, your results need to be simple,
clear, and free of unnecessary jargon. Conversely, at an academic conference, you may highlight and focus on the regression techniques employed. Ideal dissemination is correlated with the knowledge of your audience.

You can ask yourself several questions that will help you choose a dissemination strategy. These questions include the
following:

  1. Who is my audience?
  2. Who are the stakeholders?
  3. What is the general level of research methods understanding for 1 and 2?
  4. What should be presented?
  5. What should not be presented?
  6. What is the overall goal of the dissemination?

Considering the questions above, search for and select an empirical article from the Walden Library related to survey research to use for this Discussion. Consider the relationship between
the survey findings and research problem in the article you selected.
Think about how you would disseminate the results to two different audiences and how you might apply these results to a social change context.

With these thoughts in mind:

Part 1

an explanation of how the research findings in the empirical article you selected are related to the research problem and why this relationship is important. Using the same findings, explain how you would disseminate the results to two specific and different audiences. Justify the need for optimal dissemination strategies for different audiences. Finally, explain how the research findings might be applied to effect social change. Be specific, and provide examples.

Note: Provide a full APA reference for the article you selected.

Be sure to support your postings and responses with specific references to the Learning Resources.

Read a selection of your colleagues’ postings.

Part 2

Post to at least two of your colleagues’ postings in one or more of the following ways:

  • Ask a probing question.
  • Share an insight from having read your colleagues’ postings.
  • Offer and support an opinion.
  • Validate an idea with your own experience.
  • Make a suggestion.
  • Expand on your colleagues’ postings.

Return to this Discussion in a few days to read the responses to your initial posting. Note what you learned
and/or any insights you gained as a result of your colleagues’ comments.

Competency

In this project, you will demonstrate your mastery of the following competency:

  • Perform regression analysis to address an authentic problem

Scenario

You are a data analyst for a basketball team and have access to a large set of historical data that you can use to analyze performance patterns. The coach of the team and your management have requested that you come up with regression models that predict the number of wins in a regular game based on the performance metrics that are included in the data set. These regression models will help make key decisions to improve the performance of the team. You will use the Python programming language to perform the statistical analyses and then prepare a report of your findings to present for the team’s management. Since the managers are not data analysts, you will need to interpret your findings and describe their practical implications.

Note: This data set has been “cleaned” for the purposes of this assignment.

Dixie State University Animal Testing Ethics Discussion Writing Assignment Help

I’m working on a philosophy project and need a sample draft to help me learn.

ALL I NEED IS A SHORT conclusion FOR THE WORK DOWN BELOW!

introduction: The argument introduced is that it is unethical to test on animals. Testing on animals has been around for a very long time. It extends to makeup and skin care testing on animals so see if the product is harmful for humans. Our argument is that it is unethical because animals do no harm to us and we should do no harm unto them. This topic is very controversial because of the simple fact that no one wants to come up with a better solution to test if the product will lead to harmful reactions.

my argument:

  1. Harming sentient beings is morally wrong
  2. Using animals as experiments is harmful to them.
  3. Animals are sentient beings just like us, they can feel the harm being done to them.
  4. It is unethical to test chemicals on animals because it is wrong to harm sentient creatures.

An axiomatic value that most people subscribe to is that harming sentient creatures is wrong. Testing on animals physically and emotionally harms the animals being subjected to it. Since animals can feel the harm being done to them then it is unethical to test on them, especially if there’s an alternative method to test products.

criticism of the argument: The only flaw I encountered with this argument is from a speciesist perspective of the world where only human beings are labeled as sentient beings. From this perspective premise number 3 would be false and the argument would fail. This kind of thinking is borderline sociopathic because it is an obvious fact that animals can feel outside stimuli and they physically respond it. This perspective also seems like it’s just an excuse to engage in animal abuse because no other perspective can be used to justify the abuse of animals.

valid argument: Animals have both physically and mental actions that happen from outside stimuli. If a harmful chemical was put onto their skin, they would be able to feel it from neurological impulses (skin to brain). It is not justified to hurt someone or something that is doing no harm back.

With all premises and form being true, the argument is valid.

argument for testing:

  1. Testing is required to make sure our products are safe
  2. We would never get a human to voluntarily test the product
  3. Animals share DNA with us and don’t require consent
  4. There is no alternative to animal testing
  5. Animal testing is ethical and required.

The only ethical argument I’d be able to imagine for animal testing consists of the fact that the benefits to us out ways the harm to them. The process of thinking is that we need conserve the order of market and the banning of animal testing could cause a shortage of safe products or even dangerous products being sold. So the inconvenience to human beings is not worth stopping the suffering of millions of animals.

criticism of the argument: Our criticism is that premise number 4 is false, in the recent years there have been some alternatives created to solve this exact ethical dilemma. It turns out that these alternatives are even more efficient than animal testing. I would also argue even if the premise was true I wouldn’t agree with the form of the argument. I think this argument encounters the classic utilitarian problem where now we have justified harming sentients in order to benefit a larger group. So if this premise is set then people will justified in killing one person in order to save 2 more.

NEED A CONCLUSION SUMING UP ALL THE WORK ABOVE!!!! ONLY A CONCLUSION

USC Physician Assisted Suicide Ethical Moral & Legal Considerations Essay Health Medical Assignment Help

I’m working on a health & medical report and need support to help me learn.

Please remember the following: Your final paper will discuss the multitude of legal viewpoints, ethical issues, and issues of interprofessionalism related to your topic. You will be required to discuss how values, ethics, and sense of interprofessionalism may shape how the topic is interpreted, analyzed, and communicated in legal and ethical terms. Your final paper should be completed using proper APA format, Times New Roman, 12-point font, with 1-inch margins, should be 6–8 typewritten pages, and should use at least five peer-reviewed sources.

Your full-length rough draft should be a close approximation of your final paper. Your rough draft should be 6–8 typewritten pages using proper APA 7th edition format, including a cover page, an abstract, and proper citations to authority. All of your sources should be included in this rough draft.

I already have all reference sources, topic and Thesis Statement.

Please use my articles and Thesis Statement to write this paper. (see all info at these 2 attachments)

tips:

  • Use headers/subtitles to separate the key topics of the paper and ensure that you thoroughly discuss each area. Use these headers:
  • INTRODUCTION (introduce the topic, why it is important, and provide some historical context, and short summary of what you will discuss in the paper)
  • ETHICAL/MORAL CONSIDERATIONS (discuss some concepts learned in the course)
  • LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS (include a legal case reference and/or laws to support your case)
  • INTERPROFESSIONALISM (discuss how the medical profession in general perceives the topic; how do different areas of healthcare who would be involved in the topic feel about their role)
  • CONCLUSION (summary of key findings, and your final position – do you agree, disagree? Why?)
  • Use scholarly sources to support each section of your paper, especially the legal section. I should see plenty of in-text citations; use sources that are within a 10-year window and avoid using really old research or at least minimize that amount of information used from old sources and focus more on the newer sources.

Thank you and let me know if you need any other information.
