USC Improving Safety & Traffic Flow in an Urban Area School District Presentation Business Finance Assignment Help
Improving Safety and Traffic Flow in an Urban Area School District (El Rancho Unified School District)
Anyone who has ever dropped a child off at school knows that it is inherently a hazardous situation. Kids are running off to class or to meet with their friends, parents are often anxious and distracted, and the level of congestion – both with respect to people and automobiles—is typically high. Not surprisingly, the end result is a set of circumstances that leads to fender benders, injuries, and at times even death. All of this is further complicated while we grapple with the COVID pandemic. How, for example, should drop-off policies be modified if/when the schools adopt a hybrid learning model that allows for at least some in-person learning during the pandemic?
Unfortunately, the El Rancho Unified School District has recently experienced a number of accidents that heightened their level of concern and desire to analyze steps that can both improve the flow of traffic around schools, as well as student, staff, and parent safety. Moreover, if done well, an improved drop-off system could produce environmental benefits through, for example, reduced motor idle time.
A unique aspect of this project is that the USC project team will be working on the project with a group of middle school students. In a sense, these students will serve as “citizen scientists,” assisting the project team with data collection and “brainstorming.”
The purpose of this project is to: 1) describe the status quo with respect to the flow of both students and automobiles; 2) analyze alternative policies aimed at modifying current practices and procedures to ensure student safety; 3) describe how such policies and procedures should account for disease transmission during the pandemic; and 4) develop recommendations for school officials that would be applicable both during and after the pandemic.

Leveraging the Community Ambassador Network to Improve Mental Health and Economic Well-Being (Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health)
The Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health’s Community Ambassador Network (CAN) provides a potentially important vehicle for achieving multiple objectives, including improved mental health among community residents, the development of meaningful career paths for community health promoters (promotoras), a platform for a diverse set of voices to be heard, and additional resources that could be applied to meet a wide range of community needs.
The purpose of this project is to analyze how CAN is able to build upon promotoras programs’ past successes by reaching into African American and other communities and by expanding the range of services offered vis-à-vis traditional promotoras’ roles. Specifically, the project will: 1) describe the status quo with respect to CAN; 2) analyze options to expand the program to account for unmet needs; 3) develop measures of program success; 4) examine models for the effective recruitment, training, and retention of promotoras; 5) explore ways to better leverage technology to improve program efficiency and effectiveness; and 6) provide LAC DMH with recommendations to be used in a County strategic plan for CAN.

Magic Dust Products Life Cycle Management Strategy Analysis Paper Health Medical Assignment Help
Utilize the following case study to evaluate and communicate your thinking on developing a compliant life-cycle management strategy:
Imagine that you, as a regulatory science expert, go camping in a remote area of the world, and find an isolated tribe of people that has not yet communicated with the rest of the world. You discover that this tribe uses several types of “magic dust” to treat a wide variety of human ailments, eachwithvaryingsafetyprofilesanddegreesofefficacy. For example, the tribe uses “magic dust #1” to treat headaches, nausea, fever and mild systemic pain, “magic dust #2” to treat cuts and bruises, and “magic dust #3” to treat insect bites. In fact, you observe that the tribe has isolated or developed at least 12 different kinds of “magic dust” and your observations suggest that the “magic dust” category as a whole seems to have a novel mechanism of action. You ask the tribe if you can have samples of each magic dust type to bring back home with you for analysis and they agree. When you get home, you give these samples to the medical research community, which discovers that indeed, these “magic dusts” might possibly be used effectively in the US to treat the conditions for which they are utilized by the tribe, and that their pharmacodynamic mechanism of action is, indeed, unique.
As a regulatory expert, you are charged with developing a product development plan to support an NDA submission to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for each magic dust type. You are also responsible for developing a post-market approval plan to ensure ongoing maintenance of regulatory compliance after receipt of an NDA approval. Your plan should address the following “magic dust” associated questions and/or issues:
1) What pre-clinical requirements should be summarized in the clinical development plan?
2) How can the indications for use for each “magic dust” be isolated and refined? Why is it important to do this?
3) How can the risk vs. benefit profile associated with utilization of the “magic dust” for clinical purposes be established?
4) Should a randomized controlled trial design be utilized to conduct clinical research to support an NDA submission for the “magic dusts” or should an adaptive platform design be utilized instead?
5) Are there intellectual property issues that should be addressed?
6) How would you go about addressing pricing and reimbursement considerations?
The commercialization plan should take the form of a 14 page double spacing written document.

Involvement in Writing Articles Discussion Writing Assignment Help
you should respond to TWO of your peers’ discussion questions in responses of 200 words or more.
1.In my opinion, writing articles is intermittent. Before I began to write, I think persistence is very important. A good article consists of various drafts. In order to improve my writing skills, I once signed up for a writing course and learned to write with a teacher. In the process of learning, I realized that good articles need to be revised. No one can write an article without any modification. As for me, all articles need to be revised regardless of types of articles, and sometimes it is necessary to revise several times. At the beginning of learning English writing, each article is full of two or three hundred words. Indeed, it’s can be considered as a simple passage. Obviously, it is easy for people to know the content and reasonableness of the article, including the logic, the choice of words. As I have been exposed to more courses, the content of a passage has been relatively large. As for me, I usually handed it in directly after I finished it, without making any changes or even re-reading it when I was young. I think the first reason is the problem of perception. In my opinion, I don’t think there is any reason to revise at all, therefore I don’t have the habit of revising after writing.
At the same time, I didn’t take my writing seriously, and I didn’t pay enough attention to it. In my opinion, it doesn’t matter if we don’t change it because it’s just an essay or a record of your life. If we want to improve our writing ability through practice and better words, I hold that we need to constantly modify, because the modification process must be underlined, and then we can improve. For myself, I think I need to modify the following two aspects in order to have a better understanding of drafts. On the one hand, I should think about the rationality of the framework of the article, including the beginning, the end, the title, and so on. On the other hand, I should pay attention to specific words and phrases. It is impossible for us to make every proper word and sentence, so I need to figure out every word. In addition, many words are redundant, especially those interjections. Meanwhile, good articles are all revised. As long as we have this awareness, and then develop the habit of revision, and then we can improve our writing skills.
Questions:
What do you think of the role of the first draft on a passage?
How can we finish a better passage after several drafts?
2.The article really made my perspective upon first drafts change. I believed that the majority of people were able to write a really good draft on their first try, and this used to demotivate me at times because I felt discouraged at the fact that my first drafts would not come out as good as I would have liked them to have been. Prior to reading this amazing article, I fully believed that some people just had a special talent of being able to write such amazing drafts on their first try. I thought that some people just had a certain way of putting words together while writing that others could not develop, but after reading this article, I believe anyone can write a good draft, even though it probably will not be their first one. One of my favorite lines in this piece was when Lamott mentions that it is not true “that [writers] take in a few deep breaths, push back their sleeves, roll their necks a few times to get all the cricks out, and dive in, typing fully formed passages as fast as a court reporter.” This is one of my favorite lines because this is somewhat how I envisioned some people to be able to write a piece of writing. They would just sit down, get comfortable, and get to work, ending up with an amazing draft on their first try. I definitely agree with the points made in the article, such as that we need to get past the bad drafts to write our best piece of work. These drafts that come prior to our best work are the ones that let us get our ideas in place, and even though the draft may not be the best, the ideas are ones that we can incorporate into our final draft. I think it is so hard for some people to write shitty first drafts because they are so caught up in getting a perfect first draft so they are not able to express themselves to the best of their ability. They are trying so hard to not mess up, when in reality, that is how we end up with our best piece.
Discussion question: Prior to reading this article, did you force yourself to write a perfect draft on your first try?

You will then be asked to apply your therapy approach to the population you have selected by addressing many of the tasks, issues and problems that are addressed throughout the group therapy process. Be sure to take your reader through all the relevant stages of the group therapy process as follows:Part I of each paper requires you to develop a proposal for the group you wish to run. In Part 2 of each paper, you will present the stages of group process and discuss the issues you are likely to confront during the stage and the therapeutic technique(s) you will apply to address these issues.

California Baptist University Public Business Plan Proposal Paper Business Finance Assignment Help
Business Proposal Assignment
You work as a communication specialist at Warby Parker, reporting to co-CEO David Gilboa. Using the skills you’ve been practicing in this course, respond to this challenge:
You’re helping Gilboa prepare a report about the company. Gilboa characterizes the report as a “public business plan,” in that it will discuss the company and its objectives, strategies, and operations without disclosing the sort of confidential information that a typical business plan includes. The secondary audience includes potential investors, employees, and business partners.
To help overcome shoppers’ reluctance to buy eyewear online, Warby Parker has been test marketing the concept called Home Try-On, in which people in the South Florida test market can order five pairs of frames, keep them for five days at no cost, then decide which pair they would like to order, and which they will send back. This gives shoppers lots of time to try on the frames they are considering and get the opinions of family and friends.
On the job (Internal, Unsolicited Proposal)
Write a 2-3 page (2 if single-spaced, 3 or more if double-spaced) internal proposal, in memo form, to Mr. Gilboa, with your evaluation of the test market results and your recommendation how the company should proceed with this concept based on that test. Remember to include headings or sub-headings for each section in the proposal that explain this program-e.g. Background, Solution, Recommendation, etc. Make sure to correctly identify and analyze your audience, as well as any possible secondary audiences. Remember, Mr. Gilboa, the person to whom you submit your proposal, is in a position to order the implementation of the change recommended.

COLL 300 APUS Week 1 US Economy and its Impact on Transportation Management Paper Writing Assignment Help
The purpose of this assignment is to try to help you to see writing as it is—an important means of communication. To accomplish this, please analyze your research topic more fully by identifying your research questions and thesis statement and then carefully considering your rhetorical situation. Remember: your challenge in the research paper is to communicate your purpose clearly to your reader.
Place your research questions and thesis statement at the top of the page, below the required heading, and answer the questions shown below. Be sure that the questions are copied to your assignment; each question should be followed by a one to two paragraph answer. The purpose of this assignment is to help direct your research and organize your thinking on the topic. Remember that your thesis statement should be a single, complete sentence that is NOT a question.
Write three of your research questions here (remember that, if the question can be answered by YES or NO, it is a closed-ended question that does not invite discussion and so should be revised):
Question 1.
Question 2.
Question 3.
Write your thesis statement here (one complete sentence that is not a question):
Write paragraphs that respond to the questions below:
- What is my purpose in writing this paper?
- What do I already know about my topic? What are my feelings toward this topic?
- What do my readers already know? What are my readers’ feelings toward the topic?
- What do my readers need to know to understand my point?
- What information do I need to research and add to my paper?
Begin by looking at the research question(s) which triggered this thesis statement. Then explain your purpose (passing the course is not the purpose here). Your thesis statement is a good place to start, but you need to go a bit further. Are you trying to inform, entertain, persuade, or do something else? Consider the “audience take-away.” What do you want your readers to know, feel, or believe when they finish reading your research paper? A clear understanding of your purpose will help you decide what information to include in your paper and how to organize your paper.
Next, consider your audience; in this case, your audience is your classmates. Consider how much they know about your topic and what they need to know to understand your purpose. Will you need to explain complex terminology? Will graphs help your audience? If your topic is a controversial one, think about the best way to present it to your audience. For example, think about your tone and word choice here.
Once you have an understanding of your purpose and audience, consider your subject. How much information do you already know about the topic? What information do you need to research and present to your audience in order to fulfill your purpose? Careful consideration here will help direct your research.
Here is a FAQ and answer from the APUS Library that may help you:
