This question was intended to see how often is the introduction of new instructional strategies for teachers. Teachers must be exposed to a variety of new approaches that are being added to the education world. For teachers to remain effective over the years, they must keep up-to-date with constant changes in educational research, development, and policy. There are frequent changes in curriculum, assessment modalities, and economic realities that affect the teaching and learning environment (Baird & Clark, 2018).[supanova_question]

How much will you have to return home if you stay all 5 years in L.A?

The saving accrued from the banks saving comprise of $5000 in a saving account bank and $2200 in a checking saving account bank that earned an interest of 1.5% and 1% annually respectively, for the time one stayed in Los Angeles for five years (Heilbroner & Milberg, 2012).

The saving account bank after five years the following amount was accrued = A = P (1+r/n) (nt)

A = 5000 (1 + 0.015 / 12) ^ (12(5))

A= 5000(1.0125) ^60

A= 5000 * 1.0778 = 5389

$5389

The amount saved from checking saving account after five years is

A = P (1+r/n) (nt)

A =$ 2200 (1 + 0.01 / 12) ^ (12(5))

A= 2200(1 + 0.01/12) ^60

A= 2200 * 1.645 = 3619

= $3619

The amount one will have saved for a period of five will be

$5389 + $3619 = $9008

Do you make enough to stay in L.A?

The earning an actor generates from acting while staying in Los .Angeles

The server job, a person may earn $800/week plus 12% in tips

Per month one earns (800 + 12/100 *800) = 800+ 96 = 896*4 = $3584

Moreover, a person generate another extra income as an fitness instructor at $40 in each class for two classes per week

$40 *2 = 80 * 4 = $ 240

The total income a person receives every month is $3584 + $240 = $3824.

The expenses a person may have as an actor will have to incur for the four years since the father will cater for the first one year until one attain age 26 years, at this point a person will have to pay for the expenses from the income she gets.

Rent = $1200 per month

Groceries = $200 per month

Utility bills

Entertainment = $100

Transportation charges = $1300 for getting out of Los Angeles and APR 15% for all the youth credit card. Fuel for transport of over 5000 miles plus the costs of maintenance the motor vehicle.

In this case expenses are more than the earnings one gets from the job as the server and fitness instructor with only $3824 per month while the total expenses is more than the earnings from the activities each month.

Hence, using the above evaluation one can conclude that the income from the jobs is not enough to maintain one to stay in the L.A.

How much will you need to make to stay in L.A?

The actor had a total of $3824 earnings from dance instructor job and server work. The expenses required a person to stay in L.A each month is more than $3824. Hence, for one to stay in the L.A city well there is an urge to have about $11000 to provide for the expenses with any other needs which can emerge?

How much will you have to return home if you stay all 5 years in L.A?

The amount one will have to return home is from the savings account that comprise of the saving account with $5000 and the checking account with $2200 plus the interest accrued for the period of five years one will stay in the Los Angeles (L.A) (Marshall, 2013).

Saving Account Amount = A = P (1+r/n) (nt)

A = 5000 (1 + 0.015 / 12) ^ (12(5))

A= 5000 * 1.0778 = 5389

$5389

Checking account savings

A = P (1+r/n) (nt)

A =$ 2200 (1 + 0.01 / 12) ^ (12(5))

A= 2200 * 1.645 = 3619

= $3619

Total saving one will take home for 5 years

$5389 + $3619 = $9008

Do you make enough to stay in L.A?

The earning one make as actor staying in L.A

As the server job, one earns $800 per week plus 12% of $800 for tips

Per month one earns (800 + 12/100*800) *4 = $3584

In addition, the person earns from fitness/ dance instructor at $40 per class having two classes per week

$40 *2 * 4 = $ 240

The total income a person earns per month is $3584 + $240 = $3824.

The expenses one will have to bear for the four years will be

Rent = $1200 per month

Groceries = $200 per month

Entertainment = $100

Charges for travelling = $1300 + APR 15% on the credit card

Fuel for transport for over 5000 miles + the maintenance costs

Considering the fact that expenses surpass the income one gets from job as the server and fitness/ dance instructor having only $3824 whereas the total expenses is more than this per month.

Therefore, using the above analysis one may conclude that amount earned from the activities is not enough in sustaining one to stay in the L.A.

How much will you need to make to stay in L.A?

The amount one has earned from the server job and fitness/ dance instructor job is $3824. The expenses needed one to stay in the each month is over the $3824. Thus, for a person to stay in the LA city well there is need to have close to $10000 to cater for the expenses.

II. FIRST GENERATION TO ATTEND COLLEGE

I was the first person in our generation to attend college after my family migrated in the United. III. LOW FAMILY INCOME: DOCUMENTED ELIGIBILITY FOR FINANCIAL AID (BOGW)

Attached is the copy of the proof of my eligibility for financial aid (BOG-W and EOPS).

IV. DISADVANTAGE: SOCIAL OR EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

I had a challenging time preparing for my TEAS test because English is my third language; my first attempt of the of TEAS test was on January 24, 2020 and I did not pass. I had a major depression after I failed my first examination and severe anxiety to take the TEAS test again. However, I must continue; as when I about to prepare for my remediation for my TEAS test, COVID-19 pandemic started to arise. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse in a skilled facility, where nurses are in desperate need, I volunteered to perform nursing duties in the COVID unit to help our elderly residents who were positive to COVID-19. I devoted my time contributing my duties as a nurse in the midst of the world’s crisis. I must serve for our society before my personal interest; this took my remediation plan and second take of the TEAS test out of the time frame. Despite all the circumstances and my testing anxiety, I was able to complete my remediation plan and was able to pass my TEAS test for the second attempt last August 12, 2021.

V. DISADVANTAGE: DIFFICULT PERSONAL AND FAMILY SITUATIONS OR CIRCUMSTANCES

My mother is the only breadwinner in our family after my biological father died when I was 5 years old. My step-father was an alcoholic and my mother have to take three jobs to support our family’s financial needs. As soon as my siblings and I were in a legal age, we had to work while in high school to pay for our apartment and to sustain our family’s daily needs. Despite all the family circumstances and personal difficulties, I must continue to work and study at the same time to achieve my ultimate career goals in life.

If I would have given a chance to be selected to move forward into the nursing program, I will give my wholeheartedly and pure dedication to the program. Also, I will sacrifice anything to be able to continue my nursing education and use the knowledge to continue to serve in the healthcare industry.[supanova_question]
