Write and turn in a polished essay based on The Deep River by Bessie Head. Use MLA style throughout in Times New Roman 12, 8 pages (3000 words).

  •  Make sure you have a thesis near the end of your introduction.
  •  Stick with third-person throughout your text (no I, you, we, us, etc.).
  •  Include a standard MLA heading and headers.
  •  Double-space everything.
  •  Quote and cite from each source at least once within your text. Sources include theliterature we’ve read (each item is a separate entry) and any outside sources you decide touse.
  •  List each source in the works-cited section at the end (no works cited = very, very lowgrade!).You should also look at the “Extra Guidelines for Essay Writing” and the MLA Style guide from my Spectrum site. Your paper will be graded based on the originality, clarity, and logic of your argument. I’ll be looking for a clearly defined, arguable thesis and logical organization of paragraph structures. In working on your thesis, think of how you would respond if you presented your thesis to someone, and that person asked, “So what?” Also, remember that spelling, punctuation, grammar, and mechanics count as part of your grade.

Business decision management simulation Business Finance Assignment Help

We will be using COMP-XM in Capsim for the exam, there will be 4 (four) self-paced rounds of decision making in the simulator. After each round of decision making you will complete a Board Query. There will be a Final Board query at the end of the exam as well (but no decision making), i.e. 4 rounds of decision making and 5 rounds of Board queries in total.

Because the exam is self-paced, you will be able to advance to the next round whenever you are ready. You can only advance once you’ve completed decision making AND the Board query for a given round. You CANNOT go back to a previous round once you’ve advanced to the next one. So, make sure to consider your decisions very carefully before submitting them! You will NOT be able to change them once submitted.

There will be 15 or 16 questions in each Board Query. Did not include any essay questions, so all questions will be multiple choice. But, unlike the exams we did in class, not all questions have just one correct answer: sometimes you will be asked to select several options that apply.

Board Query questions range from 5 to 25 in points you can obtain by answering them correctly. These points do NOT directly correspond to difficulty (some questions require calculations based on the reports provided, others just require a bit of common sense to answer correctly, but it does not mean that calculations are always hard).

Both HR and TQM modules are included.

The set-up of the exam is very similar to your regular CAPSIM Competition, but there are some differences. For example, you will have access to all competing companies’ reports, not just your company’s. These differences and other info are explained in the Comp-XM Guide (.pdf, 12 pages) that you will have access to once exam starts. Also, there is an Introduction Video. Make sure to read the Guide and watch the video BEFORE you start the exam.

***Access will be provide after you have been selected to work on it. Also strongly suggest to start on it ASAP.***

***once you logged in, make sure to select COMP-XM instead of CAPSTONE***
***I strongly suggest to view the scorecard before starting each round, so that you know which part needed to be improve***
***Exam can be pause anytime, but make sure you save all your input before exiting.***
***Please notice that once the round is submitted you can’t got back to that around, and will have to continue with the next round.***

***Feel free to contract me if there is any question or problem, Thanks you!

***Here are a YouTube video that talk about how COMP-XM, for additional video you can search up in COMP-XM (exam version of the simulator) or CAPSTONE(assignment version of the simulator) in YouTube***
