Part 2

For this assignment, you will create the second part of your research paper. The literature review should consist of a total of seven to ten (7-10) articles related to your research topic. These articles may include any articles you have previously found throughout this course. You should use the headings below for the sections of your paper.

• Identify two to three (2-3) common themes in the literature.
• Contrast the findings and results of the literature.
• Identify gaps in the literature.
• Summarize the literature as it relates to your topic.

Part 4

If you have ever asked a question, wondered why something is as it is, or tried to understand an event, you have engaged in research. For this assignment, you will create the first part of your research paper. You should use the headings below for the sections of your paper.

You will craft the framework of your research using the articles you collected and summarized from Assignment 1 and / or other articles you found that relate to your research topic. Assignments 2, 3, and 4 will all build on each other to create one comprehensive research paper. Each time you submit an assignment, your instructor will provide feedback that you can use moving forward with the other parts of the research paper.

Write a seven to ten (7-10) page paper in which you:

Part 5

What do reporters, crime scene investigators, and sports broadcasters have in common? All of these occupations are focused on reporting the results from data or information. The final part of your research paper is about the data procedures, reporting, and interpretation of the results of your research topic.

For this assignment, you will create the last part of your research paper. Build on your paper from Assignments 2 and 3, and integrate feedback from your instructor. You should use the headings below for the sections of your paper.

Write a twelve to fifteen (12-15) page paper (this includes the work you already completed in Assignments 2 and 3) in which you:

Part 6

Write a few sentences (2-4) of why you choose the topic, why It is important to you, and what will it add to the larger body of knowledge on the subject.

• Go to the Strayer library (research.strayer.edu) and do an initial search for information on your research topic. Post one relevant article on your research topic from the past year.
• Describe the research question, research method, and independent and dependent variables in the article.

Part 7

Do a search for one quality article about your topic that would include in your literature review (must be different than the article you posted last week.)

• Do a general search for an article about your topic that is nota quality article (try to keep the article within the past year).
• Post both links to each article and the citation in APA format but do not note which article is which.

Part 8

• Search for a qualitative research study in education from the past 6 months and post the link.
• Identify the research design, purpose, and focus from the study. (See Table 6.1 in your text.)
• Respond to at least one of your classmates.
  • Identify the data collection method used in the study.
  • What is at least one ethical consideration of the researchers for this study?

Part 9

Search for a quantitative research study in education from the past six months.

• Identify the research problem, research question and/or hypothesis, and what type of research design the study used (nonexperimental research vs descriptive and type).

Students will choose a developmental period (for example: early childhood, adolescence, emerging adult, etc.) and write a paper examining human behavior (from the chosen developmental period) as it relates to developmental crisis, systemic and environmental factors that affect both normal and abnormal behavior. Address the ethical or cultural interventions counselors need to know or implement to better serve individuals within the chosen developmental period. Students will choose one theory discussed in this class that would be implemented to treat the chosen population. The paper will also discuss Fowler’s stage of faith as it relates to the developmental period.

This paper should be in APA format (title page, reference page, one-inch margins, 12 font, Times New Roman, double-space), include 6 – 8 pages of content (not including the title and reference pages), and a minimum of 10 scholarly sources. Textbooks may count towards the reference requirement.

Ketamine as Therapy for Depression?
