Writing “Defend or Refute the Following Statement” essays
The topic is the following statements:
Any population of humans that began farming was guaranteed to create a successful empire.
(Hint: This essay should also discuss how such a population would progress from basic agriculture to empire).
Papers need five paragraphs of no less than 900 words.
The article needs to be written to defend and refute the two sides of the topic statement. Correct historical examples need to be used in the article, no references are required.
